This evidence-based curriculum integrates grounding exercises, yoga poses, and mind-body activities across three modules to help participants process trauma and build resilience. Key topics include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding trauma and its effects<\/li>\n<li>Trauma and substance use disorders<\/li>\n<li>Creating safety and self-soothing strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Men\u2019s Trauma Group<\/h5>\n<p>Our 12-session men\u2019s workshop follows a faith-based, outcome-driven trauma curriculum facilitated by peers with lived experience.
